Refund Policy

Creating an account, browsing vacancies and applying for jobs through this website is free. This policy applies only where you have agreed in writing to pay Visions of Hope Travels Africa for a specific consultancy service, such as detailed study abroad application support.

1. Before you pay

We will confirm in writing the service, the fee, what it includes and what it does not include, before any payment is made. Please read this carefully and ask questions if anything is unclear.

2. Cancellation before work starts

If you cancel in writing before we have started work on your service, you are entitled to a full refund of the service fee paid to us.

3. Cancellation after work has started

If you cancel after work has started, we will refund the fee less a reasonable amount for the work already completed, as set out in your written service agreement.

4. When we cannot deliver the service

If we are unable to provide an agreed service for reasons within our control, we will refund the fee for the part of the service not delivered.

5. Outcomes are not grounds for refund

Because admissions, job offers, permits and visas are decided by third parties, a refusal or delay by an employer, institution or authority is not by itself a reason for a refund of work already completed, unless your written agreement says otherwise.

6. Third-party costs

Fees paid to third parties, such as institution application fees, language test fees, visa fees, courier costs and travel bookings, are set by those third parties and are subject to their own refund rules. We cannot refund these.

7. How to request a refund

Email us with your name, reference number and reason. We will acknowledge your request within 5 working days and, where a refund is due, process it within 30 days using the original payment method where possible.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer protection law.
