We provide international recruitment support, workforce sourcing, study abroad consultancy and travel assistance. We act as a facilitator between candidates or students and employers, recruiters or institutions.
2. No guarantee of outcomes
Job offers, admissions, scholarships, work permits and visas are decided solely by the relevant employers, institutions and government authorities. We do not guarantee any of these outcomes, and nothing on this website should be read as a promise that you will obtain them.
3. Vacancies and programme information
We take care to advertise only vacancies that have been appropriately checked, and to keep information accurate and up to date. However, employers and institutions may change or withdraw opportunities, salaries, fees or requirements at any time. Information is provided in good faith and should be confirmed before you rely on it.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide information and documents that are true, accurate and your own.
- Keep your login details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.
- Use the website lawfully and do not upload harmful, false or offensive content.
- Employers and partners must submit only genuine vacancies with lawful terms and must be authorised to recruit for them.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
5. Fees
Creating an account and applying for vacancies on this website is free. Where a service carries a fee, the amount, what it covers and the payment terms will be agreed with you in writing before any payment. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Third-party costs such as application, test, visa and travel fees are payable to those third parties.
6. Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website belong to Visions of Hope Travels Africa or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made by employers, institutions or authorities, for changes they make to opportunities, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
